Refund Policy

Refunds, if provided, will be handled by the Spring Hill Sports Association and not Sports Connect.

Refunds can be issued in the following circumstances:

1.  If a participant withdraws prior to being placed on a team, a refund will be provided minus a $5 administration fee.

2.  If a participant withdraws after being placed on a team but prior to receiving their uniform, a refund may be provided minus a $15 administration fee.

3.  If a participant withdraws after receiving their uniform but prior to the first game of the season, a 50% refund may be given.
4.  If a participant withdraws after the first game of the season, no refund will be given as costs have already been incurred by the Spring Hill Hawks.

5.  If the Spring Hill Sports Association is unable to field a team in a particular division due to lack of participants, a full refund may be given to participants signed up for that division.

In all circumstances, any equipment issued to a player must be returned BEFORE any refund will be processed. 
Refund checks will be processed AFTER all equipment is returned, and will be mailed within 30 days of processing.
