Refund Policy

Refunds, if provided, will be handled by the Spring Hill Hawks and not Sports Connect.

Refunds can be issued in the following circumstances:

1.  If a participant withdraws prior to being placed on a team, a 90% refund may be given.

2.  If a participant withdraws after being placed on a team but prior to the first game of the season, a 50% refund may be given.
3.  If a participant withdraws after the first game of the season, no refund will be given due to the fact that costs for uniforms, league fees, and administrative fees will already have been processed.

4.  If the Spring Hill Hawks is unable to field a team in a particular division due to lack of participants, a full refund may be given to participants signed up for that division.

In all circumstances, any equipment issued to a player must be returned BEFORE any refund will be processed. 
Refund checks will be processed AFTER all equipment is returned, and will be mailed within 30 days of processing.
